2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

AlphaBridge Consulting uses the AlphaPhone platform to send and receive SMS messages to and from business contacts in connection with our business development activities. The following disclosures apply to our SMS messaging program:

2.1 Program Description

Messages are sent by authorized AlphaBridge agents to business contacts for the purpose of scheduling appointments, following up on business inquiries, and providing information about our consulting services. This is a business-to-business (B2B) messaging program.

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of the business relationship. You may receive multiple messages per conversation thread.

2.3 Opt-Out Instructions

2.5 No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number or message content to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the internal operation of our business development activities and to deliver the services described in this policy.

2.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

3. AlphaAnalytics — Google Account Data

AlphaAnalytics connects to Gmail accounts via Google OAuth on behalf of authorized BD contractors. The following disclosures apply to that data:

3.1 Data Collected via Google OAuth

When a contractor connects their Gmail account, we access and store the following data via Google's read-only Gmail API scope:

  • Email metadata: sender address, recipient address, subject line, and date/time.
  • Email body content: read to classify messages (e.g. job applications, interview invitations, offers) using automated systems.
  • Classification labels: derived tags such as application status, interview round, or offer stage — generated automatically and stored in our database.

3.2 How We Use Gmail Data

  • To classify and surface BD activity analytics for internal reporting.
  • To display aggregated and individual performance dashboards to authorized administrators.
  • To operate AlphaAnalytics as described in these disclosures.

We do not use Gmail data to serve advertisements, train AI or machine learning models outside the operation of AlphaAnalytics, or for any purpose beyond those described above.

3.3 Limited Use of Google User Data

AlphaAnalytics's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties for their independent use, or allow humans to read Gmail content except where required for security or legal compliance.

3.4 Data Retention and Deletion

Gmail-derived data is retained for as long as the contractor's account is active and the Gmail connection remains authorized. When a contractor revokes OAuth access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or their account is removed, we will delete associated Gmail-derived data within 30 days.

5. How We Use Your Information

These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlphaBridge Consulting, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
