Terms of Service

Access to the Platforms is restricted to authorized personnel of AlphaBridge Consulting and individuals explicitly granted access by a Platform administrator. You must be at least 18 years of age. Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach at hello@alphabridgeconsulting.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

You agree to use the Platforms only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the Platforms to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Violate any applicable telephone, communications, or data protection law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable state regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating through the Platforms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platforms or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platforms.
• Use the Platforms for any purpose other than authorized internal business operations.

When using AlphaPhone or any telephony or SMS features of the Platforms, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws governing outbound calls and text messages, including the TCPA and applicable state laws.
• Obtain any required consents before contacting individuals via SMS or phone.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately. If a recipient replies STOP to an SMS message, no further messages may be sent to that number.
• Not use the Platforms to contact numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless a valid exemption applies.
• Accurately identify yourself and AlphaBridge Consulting in all communications.

The Platforms may record and store telephone calls for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all applicable notice and consent requirements for call recording are met in every jurisdiction where you operate. You acknowledge that calls made through AlphaPhone may be recorded.

AlphaAnalytics is intended for two categories of users:

• Administrators — designated staff of AlphaBridge Consulting who manage and view analytics on connected accounts.
• Contractors — independent Business Development (BD) contractors engaged by AlphaBridge Consulting who connect their personal Gmail accounts so administrators can analyze application, interview, and offer activity on their behalf.

When you connect a Gmail account, you grant AlphaBridge Consulting read-only access to your Gmail messages via Google OAuth. We use this access strictly to operate AlphaAnalytics as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so will stop further syncing immediately. By connecting your Gmail account or by being granted administrator access, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

All software, designs, content, and materials comprising the Platforms are the proprietary property of AlphaBridge Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platforms solely for authorized internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

The Platforms contain confidential business information, including but not limited to contact data, call records, analytics, and business strategies. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all such information and not to disclose it to any unauthorized person or use it for any purpose outside the scope of your authorized role.

Your use of the Platforms is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platforms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platforms integrate with third-party services including Twilio (telephony and SMS), Clerk (authentication), Google (Gmail OAuth for AlphaAnalytics), AWS, and OpenAI. Your use of these services through the Platforms is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platforms ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
